Project Description: Mixed use development serves as the gateway to Irvine with exciting assortment of retail and commercial programs inviting in visitors and future residents of all ages to live, wine and dine, and spend leisurely time there. It consists of 5 six-story buildings with approximately 22,000 sf of retail and 17,000 sf commercial space on the ground floor as well as 5 stories of residential units above it holding 1600 units.
