Milan, Italy
D
uring my collaboration with studio Planimetro in Italy, I was part of the Coordination and executive team of Daniel Libeskind Office Tower(TCC) in CityLife of Milan. We were receiving all the updated models and the final details from different collaborating companies such as MEP model, to insert them to the final architectural revit model and check the clashes and solve them. Finally, we were responsible to modify and prepare the final executive documents according to the final changes for the construction site, Making booklets and schedules of different types of every family such as walls, ceilings, doors,... TYPICAL FLOOR LAYOUT
OFFICE FLOORS The offices will run from the first to the 28th floor. The 27th floor will house a double-height office and a conference room, both of remarkable impact. The surface of the office rooms slightly changes from floor to floor in relation to the geometry development of the Tower: this feature adds dynamism to the spaces, although the working areas are organized in the exact same way.

THE CORE The Core is taken up by eight elevators which are divided into two separated blocks, according to the floors they give access to, into stairs and into bathrooms. It ensures the highest flexibility for the spaces, also in the event of a multi-tenancy setup. The Core runs through the full height of the building and is organized into two blocks, Block A and Block B, symmetrical as far as the structure concerns but asymmetrical with regards to the location of the escape rooms. THE CROWN The upper part of the Tower is known as the Crown and is characterized by a glass structure whose geometrical lines complete the building, closing the spherical tendency which is crucial to the Tower concept. From a functional point of view, the crown hides the cooling towers, the good lifts and the BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) system of access and of maintenance of the façade.

3.INDUSTRIAL PARK, prefabricated complex Haiyan, China
I
n this intresting urban regeneration project, we had to revitalize this industrial site according to its original identity. I was responsible for the concept design and also masterplan design. The idea was to combine the chinese culture with industrialization. Therefore, we decided to use some characteristics of industrial architecture such as prefabrication, simple and functional form made with simple materials such as glass, metal, brick, wood, concrete as the representation of 5 elements of chinese Philosophy: Wood, Earth, Water, Fire, and Metal. 5.SOCIAL HOUSING
A Sustainable Complex Piacenza, Italy
T
he subject was to design a social housing with the highest level of sustainability in all strands of social, economic and environmental. The main passages of the workflow are the following: 1.Concept design using project checklist as a guide and additional resources (climate data, project databases, etc.); 2.Building envelope analysis, using excel spreadsheet with ISO 13786 and ISO 6946 methods; 3.Building energy analysis with design builder, Sketchup and BESTEnergy plugin. PRIVATE PUBLIC
DETAIL MAQUETTE
In this complex providing Public and semipublic spaces for socializing was very important for us. So, the position of the blocks creates an enclosure as public space like the central court yard in the middle of the site which is a nice place for socializing, open to all neighborhood. Moreover, by connecting the buildings through the bridges, we were trying to create a network of semi public spaces in the complex.
3D PLAN OF 4TH FLOOR OF A BLOCK THE BRIDGES BETWEEN BLOCKS
THE SEMI PUBLIC SPACE IN THE TERRACES The open part of 4th floor of each building is like a private yard for the building and is connected to the adjacent building by a bridge. All this solutions are considered for providing the maximum possibility of socializing for the residents of the social housing complex.

6.EXPERIMENTAL ART CENTER For Body & Soul
Piacenza, Italy
G
eneral theme was urban regeneration and recycling the abandoned areas of city. There is a huge vacancy near ancient wall of Piacenza, beside one of two main axes of the city. There are also some abandoned buildings of ex-locomotive depot which nowadays is used as agricultural market. It has the potential to be improved as the second heart of city and changes Piacenza from a mono center city to a multi-center one. The result is a modern open closure as a cultural-educationalentertainment center. GENERAL INFORMATION • • • •

Details
SECTON A-A
OPEN SPACE DESIGN In the design of the open spaces, different elements such as types of pavements, trees, flower boxes, grass, water lines, ponds and furnitures are used to define different zones and paths. The linear shallow ponds in the middle of public space are making a direction which guides people toward underground corridor under railway which goes toward Po River. This is to improve the connection between city and the river.
FACADE The facade material is prefabricated customized concrete tiles. On some tiles the map of different texture of city related to city expansion from time to time is printed to remind some history of the Piacenza. There are many patios with tall trees to bring the light and nature in the architecture.
SECTON D-D
IN RESPECT OF THE PAST: There is a beautiful old church exactly beside our project site which is located in a neglected area behind the remained part of historical wall of Piacenza and almost no one can see it. But for us it is one of the most important potentials of site. So we decided to design in a way to respect this historic heritage of the city by catching attention of the users toward it.
CHURCH TOWER REFLECTION in the glass part of facade to grab people’s attention to this ignored beautiful old church.
Santa Maria in Torricella, a Roman Catholic church with remained part of historical wall in front of it.
7.RESIDENTIAL DESIGN Building as a piece of Art
Milan, Italy
T
he site is located in 5 Vie, historic zone of Milan which is a very dense district with organic narrow streets, traditional facades elements such as narrow long terraces and long vertical opening with wooden shutters, old fashioned pavements, and beautiful small central courtyards. There are many old restaurants, bars, art exhibitions and handcraft workshops in the area. The 5 vie thanks to its artistic identity is one of the most important part of Milan design week. Designing a building like a piece of art, which is flexible and changes by the users, having the maximum elements related to the identity of neighborhood would be the best solution to respect this historical area of city.
