Manazel started business activities in the construction and building market in the Hijra year 1422 (2001 Gregorian year) to keep abreast of the large expansion in the construction and building industry, specially the housing sector that has witnessed record demand in the recent years due to population increase. Short Time Achievement Within a short time of incorporation,

Manazel has been able to complete a number of housing,

commercial and governmental projects as well as establish a solid set of principles to guide our future business direction. Among the most important of our achievements to date are: Completion of the first complex of the Prince Salman Charitable Housing Project at Sulthanah area in Riyadh, comprising 122 housing units and a commercial center. The project was completed and handed over within a remarkable short period due to Manazel’s spectacular project management approach which has found favor with senior government officials. •
