Tower - Office, Hotel OSR and Porch
The Buisness zone and the Accomodations are provided in the tower of the building occupying a total area of 4859 sq.m
The OSR and porch area are designed to occupy some seating islands with various water bodies and other elements Such as space for Concert arena, etc...

The office spaces are provided in a total of 11 floors which contains: 3 types of office co working office cafeteria
Mall/podium
Mall is kept at the Bottom due to various reasons. one of the main reasons is that it has the more day to day movement in all the spaces. other reason is to fit the Multiplex the mall contains all the recreation including:
Cafeteria and shops
Multiplex Shopping zone playzone, etc.

the concept towards the site plan is a planterbox. the schematic diagram explains the personification of built structure towards the natures gifts. to say so, the apartment blocks are personified as flowers that pop-out of the bud, the centre for happiness is personified to the fruits that comes after the flowers. the pond personifies the water beared by the soil and the road and pathways represent the roots and stems.
