Embark a Nordic journey this Christmas

In collaboration with Aurora Lab

This Christmas season, the pulse has welcomed a new pop-up concept “Aurora Lab” on its 5,000-square-foot sky garden overlooking the stunning Repulse Bay into an Arctic sanctuary complete with snow, Arctic-styled huts and a sea of lights.

From December 11, Aurora Lab will offer two immersive and interactive Arctic and Aurora-themed fine-dining experiences. The Artic Dinner will take place at sunset and consist of a three-course dinner, while the Aurora Dinner will feature four-courses and take place later in the evening.

Throughout each dining experience diners will sit inside cosy and secluded huts and enjoy a true Nordic winter experience with an aurora-searching story.

In Finnish, Aurora is called Revontulet, the fire of the foxes. Folklore states that Aurora was created when foxes ran amidst the snow, sweeping up snowflakes that shimmered under the moon. Inspired by the story, the team at Aurora Lab have curated an immersive fine dining experience by inviting guests to join the soul-seeking journey of a little fox.

Throughout the meal, a unique story card will be presented with each course, followed by mind quizzes, where an Aurora ambassador will lead the adventurers to open a puzzle box in the advent calendar. Each dining experience will tell a different story to truly make it a night to remember.

Along with the unique and festive dining experience, guests can also visit The Moroccan Moment, located on the third floor of the East Wing and enjoy a complimentary special cocktail in the designated time slot to revisit some of the most memorable moments from the Nordic journey.
