Class of 2003 Dominic Manola was named as the principal of East Leyden High School in Franklin Park, Illinois, where he previously served as a teacher in the social studies department, the director of student activities, and director of community outreach.

After teaching in Saint Viator’s social studies department and working in the Scanlan Center the past few years, Br. Peter Lamick, CSV, will be teaching history at Cristo Rey St. Viator College Preparatory in Las Vegas beginning with the 2020-2021 academic year.

Anthony Quagliano delivered his PhD dissertation defense via Zoom in April. He was fortunate enough to walk with his class at the University of Delaware last May while finishing his dissertation along with research for a paper that will be published this August. Anthony will head off to medical school at Nova Southeastern in Davie, Florida, this summer.

Class of 2018 ▶ Class of 2008 ▶ With only the maid of honor and two best men in the pews, Matt Ptack and Paige Bonk got married in March at St. Gregory the Great Church in Chicago. The ceremony was livestreamed to friends and family at home.

During the month of May, Olivia Isufi ran a 5K every day to raise awareness of lupus and honor her brother Daniel ’18 and late father Tim.

Class of 2019 ▼ Class of 2009 ▼ Bryce Hensley was included in Crain’s Chicago Business’s “20 in their 20s” list. He is a Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Attorney at Romanucci and Blandin in Chicago.
