Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1991 with the objective of manufacturing Rigid PVC Pipes and accessories under the brand name of "TRUBORE“ which had a turnover of approx. 120 crores. In 2006, the operations of the company along with the brand name “TRUBORE” was transferred to M/s.Chemplast Sanmar Ltd. Since 2006, the company decided to concentrate on developing high-quality warehouses. The company developed Sun Logistic Park (SLP Center) has an experience of 15 + years in developing industrial and Logistic Park. SLP Center was spread over 120 acres of land and 1.50 Million Sq.ft. of Built-Up Space at Panappakkam, Uthukottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District. The company developed warehouses with international standards to suit the requirements of big multi-national

companies in various Industries like FMCG, Automobile, document storage and health care. Vinplex emerged as one of the leading developers of logistics parks in Chennai.

2018, Vinplex India Pvt. Ltd was taken over by M/s.Ascendas, India (Tamasek Holdings), a Singapore based fund house. After which, the promoters of M/s.Vinplex India Pvt. Ltd. incorporated a new company named M/s.Polytrusions Infrastructure LLP. We are now developing PRIME SPACE INDUSTRIAL AND LOGISTIC PARK which is spread over 30 acres of land for Industrial and Warehouse purposes. The Company plans to develop approx.. 8,00,000 Sq.Ft. of facility built to International Standards, to be rented to Corporates on Long Term Lease at Orakkadu Village, Ponneri Taluk, Sholavaram Panchayat, Tiruvallur District. The Logistic Park is located Off Chennai – Kolkatta Highway which is situated around 20 km Chennai zero point, with good connectivity to Port, National Highway and Outer Ring Road. Currently 2,50,000 Sq.Ft has been constructed as per International Standard and leased out to Instakart Services Private Limited ( 100% Subsidiary of FLIPKART Walmart). We are also looking for operation for expansion in cities like Hyderabad
