New York University I Role - Project Assistant
As a project assistant, I developed a comprehensive BIM model for MEP services at the 6 MTC building, utilizing as-built conditions from historical drawings and on-site observations to support future BMS integration. Additionally, I created a detailed BIM model incorporating gas lines and equipment for a 2,500 sq. ft. Nano Fab Cleanroom at NYU. I also assisted in relocating research and teaching labs, reviewed RFIs, submittals, and change orders for renovation projects, and managed communications among consultants to ensure timely project completion. Furthermore, I conducted space data surveys and maintained spreadsheets and drawings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of departmental space usage across the campus.
