We are so excited about this fall's lineup of activities; please mark your calendars
for this year's Members Christmas Party on December 3rd. The theme this year is Masquerade Ball and promises to be an elegant and fun event which is the kick off of an amazing weekend of activities. We are proud to be the host
club for the 2015 PGA LatinoAmerican Championship, presented by First Bank, which will be held on the East
Course, December 1st to the 6th. We are encouraging all of our members to come out support and watch some amazing golf. We will have Member parties every night, so plan on enjoying adult beverages, socializing with your
friends and meet some new ones. Other activities throughout the fall are; Think Pink in October, our traditional
Pumpkin Carving for our kids, the Trick or Treat party for our little ones and the Chills and Thrills Halloween party for 10

the not so little ones. As many of you know we have been having issues with Members giving their membership cards to non-members to enter Encanto, this is strictly against club policy. Membership cards are ONLY to be used by

Members. Since this continues to be a problem we will begin the process to distribute new membership cards with

photos of Members on each card. This will give the staff members a better means to control access into these

areas. We will be sending a club communication shortly with the details on how to renew your family's membership cards and the time frame in which this project is expected to be completed.
We are excited to announce that the TPC Dorado Beach Golf Academy is now offering several new golf clinics
and private lessons for all ages and skill levels. Please contact the Golf Pro Shop, Chip Koehlke or Sasha Medina at 787-626-1010. Be sure to stop by the Pro Shop as we just received this year's fall fashion in the latesttrends in clothing for you.
The tennis court conversion project is still on going and is expected to be completed just before Thanksgiving. The first two of the 5 new courts are completed and I encourage you to come and play. The newly remodeled and air conditioned Pavilion is seeing a lot of activities and private parties. I encourage you to consider booking the Pavilion for your upcoming Christmas party or company gathering. Please contact Carmen Ramos at 787-626-1030 to plan your next event. In closing, I would like to thank all of the members who have participated in our new employee recognition program. We are blessed with some of the best and loyal staff members that take great care of our family and
