About the Author My name is Saket Bolisetty. I am in 12th Grade. I go to a special ed school called The Calais School in Whippany, NJ. I live in Randolph, NJ. In my spare time, I love to do art and travel. I love America and being a citizen of this beautiful country.
Chicago, Illinois:Chicago is the largest city in Illinois and has a lot of fun attractions to see. It is home to Wrigley Field and Navy Pier and is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. Chicago is also famous for their Deep Dish Pizza. Chicago is also home to Lincoln Park Zoo. Chicago is also known as “The Loop”. There is an elevated train called “The El” which loops around Chicago. A popular landmark in Chicago is called The Willis Tower.
New York City: New York City is another of the largest cities in America and has a lot of really tall buildings. It is home to Times Square and The Statue of Liberty. New York is a very fun city to visit. New York also has a lot of fun broadway shows and has 4 large art museums called MET, MOMA, Guggenheim, and Whitney. New York is also home to Grand Central Station and Central Park.
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Philadelphia is another large city in America and is a very historical city. It has a lot of history of the beginnings of America. It is home to The Liberty Bell and lots and lots of historical attractions. A favorite food in Philadelphia is Cheesesteaks. Philadelphia’s Number 1 hospital is CHOP.
Boston, Massachusetts :Boston is one of the largest cities in America and is located in the Northeastern state of Massachusetts. It is home to The The Paul Revere House and Plymouth Rock. Boston also has a lot of history of the Boston Tea Party. Boston also has the Museum of Fine Arts. It is the largest museum in the state of Massachusetts.
Seattle, Washington:Seattle is another large city in the US and is located in the state of Washington. It produces lots and lots of apples and is home to The Space Needle. It is a very big city. Seattle is also home to outdoor markets. Seattle is also home to Pikes Place and San Juan Island.
San Francisco , California: San Francisco is one of the largest cities in California and is a very fun city to visit. It is home to The Golden Gate Bridge and lots and lots of hotels and resorts. It’s weather is always nice. San Francisco is also home to Fisherman’s Wharf. There is also a Street called Lombard Street.
New Orleans,Louisiana: New Orleans is another large city in America and is a very fun city. It is home to a lot of Jazz music. People eat gumbo (which is a kind of soup) and ride trollies.New Orleans is named for a city in France. There is a hall in New Orleans called Preservation Hall.
St. Louis, Missouri: St,Louis is another large city in America and is located in the state of Missouri. It is home to The Gateway Arch and lots of tall buildings. There is also the Mississippi River. St.Louis also had the Museum of Westward Expansion. St, Louis is a very fun and historical city.
Atlanta,Georgia: Atlanta is another large city in the US and is a very fun city. It is home to a lot of peaches and The Museum for Puppetry Arts. Atlanta is also the capital of Georgia. There is a restaurant in Atlanta called The Varsity Restaurant. Atlanta has some very fun museums to visit.
Nashville , Tennessee: Nashville is a big city in Tennessee and is home to country music. The Grand Ole Opry is in Nashville. There is a kind of candy in Nashville called Goo Goo Candy. Nashville is a very fun city to visit.
Miami, Florida : Miami is one of the largest cities in Florida. It is home to Everglades National Park. Miami has a lot of beaches, beautiful parks, and lots of aquariums. There is also a Museum in Miami called The Chess Hall of Fame.
Washington D.C: Washington D.C is one of the largest cities in the Northeast and is the capital of the US. It has a lot of historic monuments and museums. It is also home to the Smithsonian and The White House. The Smithsonian has a lot of museums and The White House is where the President lives. The Smithsonian has 19 museums and there is a town in Washington D.C called Georgetown. The Capitol is also in Washington D.C.
