• DMRC is gearing up to build a bridge on Yamuna River between Kalindi Kunj and Okhla Bird Sanctuary metro stations. • An elevated national highway, touted to be the longest in India, is to be built between UP Gate and Raj Nagar Extension. • Noida Authority will start two projects from April to decongest Delhi-Noida-Greater Noida Link Road including an underpass and a 500-metre long by-pass. • UP government to invest ₹ 7,400 crore in Top Markets – New Launches & Noida and Greater Noida in a phased Rental Availability manner to build and upgrade existing infrastructure including roads, flyovers, Modi Nagar elevated corridors, underpasses etc. • The proposed extension of Dwarka-Noida NH-24 City Centre metro line up to Noida Raj Nagar Sector-62. planned extension (6.6 kms) Extension Govind Puram will pass through sectors 34, 51, 59 and Vasundhara Indirapuram 62 to Electronic City. • Three new underpasses are proposed in Noida - at City Centre Junction, NTPC crossing and Sector 35. • Smart City: Government plans to develop smart township at Ghitorni in South Delhi, spread over 340 acres, the city will be built at an estimated cost of ₹ 12K crore. • DDA (Delhi Development Authority) slashed user conversion charge by 75 %.
