Realty Study on Tenali – A CommonFloor Story (Part II) Tenali has some important micro-markets that have immense development prospects. Some of these are Autonagar, Katevaram, Ithanagar, Chenchupet, Sulthanabad, Nandulpet, Ramalingeshwara Pet, Morrispet, Mallepadu, Chinaravuru and Pedaravuru, among others. Tenali is renowned for the availability of many residential plots scattered across the city. There is also demand for rental as well as Paying Guest accommodation in Tenali. Paying Guest Accommodation Due to the influx of students coming over to Tenali from neighbouring localities, there is a steady demand for PG accommodation. The PG rental in Tenali ranges between Rs 3000-5000 per month based on the availability of food as well as other facilities.

New capital formation: Realty impact on Tenali With the government deciding on the location for the development of the new capital of Andhra Pradesh between Vijayawada and Guntur, Tenali could play a vital role in the development process. About 21,596 acres of vacant government land1 has been identified around the proposed Outer Ring Road (ORR) which is proposed to be the corridor around the VGTM UDA region. The proposed ORR has the capability of providing easy connectivity from the capital region to the National Highway.
