The Santa Experience

November 25 & 26 December 2, 3, 9, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24 Times Vary | 265.00 per family Join us for a magical afternoon wagon ride to visit Santa’s Workshop that is fun and safe for the whole family. Board a wagon drawn by Santa’s elves to his workshop where you have the opportunity for a photo op with Santa and to tell him your Christmas wishes. After visiting with Santa, a friendly elf will bring you back to the Equestrian Center where you will be greeted with a special stuffed animal to take home as a gift from Santa and a memorable festive craft station. S’mores will be available for roasting as well as plenty of hot cocoa. Additional food and beverage will be available for purchase. Up to eight guests. Includes one craft and stuffed animal per child, s’mores, and hot cocoa. The Santa Experience can be reserved through Eventbrite.

Salamander Tree Lighting

November 30 | 6:00 PM | Living Room Gather around the grand Christmas Tree in our Living Room while enjoying hot cocoa, Christmas cookies, the festive sounds of carolers, and a special visit from Santa! Join us while we count down and watch in wonder as the tree comes to life in beautiful twinkling Christmas lights. After the tree has been lit, you will have the opportunity to visit with Santa himself and share your Christmas wishes!

Elf on the Resort’s Shelf

Daily in December through Christmas Eve Santa is sending a special elf, Sally, to keep an eye on the children and holiday happenings at our resort. Look around to see where Sally the Elf is playing today and remember to be “nice.” When everyone is asleep, Sally uses her magical powers to go back to the North Pole to report to Santa.

Deck the Stalls

Offered Daily in December | 165.00+ per child | Ages 4+ Visit the Equestrian Center in December and get our horses in the holiday spirit! Each child will receive a stocking to decorate and fill with candy canes, apples & carrots, and then hang on their favorite horse’s stall. A short pony ride is also included (weather dependent).

Decorate Your Very Own Gingerbread House

Sourdough Bread 101

January 13 Intimidated by sourdough? Head Baker Jean Baptiste will teach you all the tricks for making the perfect loaf of tangy sourdough bread, plus how to feed and maintain your own sourdough starter at home. After the class, receive printed recipes plus your own sourdough starter. You will leave feeling like a sourdough pro!

For The Love of Cheese

January 20 Cheese lovers unite! In this class, Chef Jose will walk you through the best dairy products in the region. From soft and creamy to aged and pungent, we will taste it all. After the class, take home your own camembert cheese from Village Cheeseworks.

Let’s Make Pizza!

January 27 In this class, you will sample our chefs’ favorite pizza recipes. Learn how to make your own homemade dough including how to properly stretch by hand and bake, plus our favorite local ingredients to work with. You will leave the class with printed recipes, a rolling pin, and new ideas for your at-home pizza nights!
