PROGRAM

The Bertolon School of Business Master of Business Administration (MBA) curriculum utilizes research, technology, experiential exercises, case studies, and fieldwork to provide students with an integrative understanding of the global economic environment. The program offers flexibility in format, course modality and choice of elective courses. In addition to the MBA, we offer a graduate certificate in business, which is also an excellent pathway to the MBA for those who are interested.

CURRICULUM

The number of required courses for the program is based on the applicant’s undergraduate degree and ranges from 33-43 credit hours.

Offered both full- and part-time, our program consists of 8 core courses in accounting, finance, management, marketing and business, and 3 electives in areas such as accounting, business analytics, management, marketing, operations and MIS.

Some foundational courses (up to 10 credits) may be required for students with a non-business background.

• Most courses are offered on Monday–Thursday from 7-9:20 pm in the beautiful Bertolon School of Business. Delivery formats include a combination of on-campus, hybrid and online courses.

• Summer courses are provided on campus as six-week courses starting at 6:30 pm.

• Full-time status at six (6) credits per semester.

• Students can begin the program at the start of any term.

CORE COURSES

• Full-time students can complete their degree in two years; most part-time students complete their degree in three to six years, depending on the number of courses taken per semester.

COST

For Massachusetts residents, each credit costs $581.50,* which includes tuition and fees. For non-Massachusetts residents, each credit costs $676.10.* The program consists of a minimum of 33 and a maximum of 43 credits, depending upon foundation courses.

For assistance funding your graduate education, options such as financial aid, graduate assistantships, employer reimbursement and tuition remission, and veteran’s benefits may be available.

An MBA is a highly versatile degree with skills that are relevant to almost any workplace.
