Have you ever had a consultant come to your place of employment to lead a workshop on team building or help with a major organizational change? If so, odds are good that this consultant was an industrial/organizational psychologist.

I/O psychologists work with corporations, institutions, and organizations to build healthier workplaces, hire and retain talented employees, manage change, and provide research that can be used by management to develop organizational strategies and decisions.

As a leader in the field, our innovative program draws upon both the Bertolon School of Business and the College of Arts and Sciences to provide a unique approach to addressing workplace and human resource issues.
