The Prince of Peace
Let’s Celebrate Our Savior It’s all about the Savior Who came that Christmas night To bring the world salvation, To bring His love and light.

Christmas Night
It seemed like any other night, The stars were in the sky, But from a dusty stable There came a tiny cry. It reached the ears of angels, It filled their hearts with joy! The Savior of the world had come, Mary’s Baby Boy!
The prophesy had been fulfilled, No longer was it dim ... Now, He waits for each of us To want to come to Him!

Christmas Is More Than a Holiday
Christmas is more than a holiday We celebrate each year.
It’s the season of miracles, A time for spreading cheer.
It’s a time to hold reunions, A time to make amends
As we send cards and gather with Our family and friends.
It’s a time to forgive others, To pray for peace on earth And treat all men as brothers As we celebrate Christ’s birth. Our hearts are warmed at Christmastime
By strings of colored lights
As we exchange those “special gifts” On those holy, silent nights.
We decorate our Christmas trees With ornaments of love, Each one a precious memory Bright as the stars above. Generations blend together As friends and loved ones draw near.
Christmas is more than a holiday We celebrate each year.

What Has Happened to Christmas?
What has happened to the Christmas Of the days so long ago, When the house was decked with holly And sprigs of mistletoe?
The tree was decorated With many homemade things. There were fancy cookie ornaments And lots of popcorn strings.
Around the Christmas tree, Tied with ribbons bright, Appeared the many packages Like magic in the night.
The smell of roasting turkey Came wafting through the air, Mingled with the good things Mother always would prepare.
Carols were then sung By all the family, And that is how Christmas Was surely meant to be.

Oh, Blessed Night
Starry night, holy night, Night of the Savior’s Birth. Gentle night, blessed night When Christ came down to earth.
Oh, Father up in Heaven, Shine down on us this night And warm our hearts with holy love And Thy pure, radiant light.
As on that first sweet Christmas Eve Many centuries ago, Fill all the earth with wonder, That mankind may truly know.
The Christ-Child is the Savior Who By His Holy Birth Came down to us from Heaven To ransom all the earth.
Elizabeth B. Delea
And the angel said unto them, “Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.”
