2. Preparation Preparation Are you planning an email campaign? Make sure your email is well written and conforms to email marketing standards (like avoiding all caps in the subject line). Cold calling? Write a script that is easy to read and engaging, but also make sure your reps are knowledgeable so they can hold a conversation with your prospect. The rep that is making the call is the first point of contact a prospect has with your company, make it count.
