Begins the journey with Baby Bullet

8:56 9:41

This is my first time taking Caltrain from San francisco to Palo Alto. I use Baby Bullet express service for the trip because it can make a trip from San Francisco to San Jose in an hour. The top speed is the same as Caltrain’s local and limited-stop trains (79 miles an hour), but Baby Bullet trains can make up time by stopping at just a few stations. I will observe and record things, people, and situations that I’ve seen in Baby Bullet. Then, I will interpret everything into typography and photography.

I have no idea where it came from? Along the way from San Francisco to 22 nd St., I saw big piles of old steel trash mix with graffiti art on some piece. It might look dirty for someone. When it stacks up together, I think that it could be a piece of art for me.

I shot this picture from the opposite track. While I'm going out, someone is coming to the city.

At its peak of activity during WWII, more than 18,000 people worked at Pier 70 each day. Buildings ranged in height up to 92 feet and were densely packed to service the intense shipbuilding activity. Although that would have made the building onsite impossible to build, the new height limit assumed continued industrial use, not a new connection to the waterfront for locals. Today, Pier 70 Today is a mix of vacant land, deteriorating buildings, storage and staging areas that restrict public activity and waterfront access behind chain linked and barbed wire fences.

Bayfront Park Beautiful scenery and fun to watch the planes take off and land every minute at San Francisco International Airport. It was not as noisy as I expected. I walked along the coast and enjoyed seeing little ducks in the water. I saw a lot of people ate, walked and rode a bike around the park. This park is peaceful and clean surroundings. When talking about f lying a plane, I appreciated the ability of pilots so much. During the f light, they are responsible for the safety of all crew and passengers on board. I think that it’s most stressful jobs for me. But if there is no pilot career, we couldn’t roam around the world at this time.

The theatre was purchased by the Fox West Coast chain in 1929 and eventually renamed the Fox Theatre after a brief closing for repairs in 1950. The building, designed by noted theatre architects Reid & Reid, is a stylized Gothic design with traces of Spanish Colonial Revival ornamentation.

No longer the sleepy Redwood City of yesterday. On July 22, 2013, Redwood City Partners, LLC, received approval to construct an 8-story office building consisting of approximately 297,006 square feet of office and 5,075 square feet of retail at 900 Middlefield Road. The project is commonly known as "Crossing 900" and is the corporate headquarters for Box, as well as other technology companies. SF PA

Although the city of San Francisco recently announced new regulations to heavily fine graffiti artists who tag public property, the street art community here is still thriving. Graffiti—everything from Do Not Enter signs covered with stickers to intricate, full color murals that take up entire city blocks—can be found in every neighborhood of the city’s 49 square miles. While most people are familiar with the stunning murals in the Mission district, to experience the best of San Francisco’s street art you’ll also want to look around elsewhere. Simply walk the streets and keep your eyes peeled to discover some of the best original art pieces around; once you start to notice the city’s graff iti, new and unique pieces will pop out at you all the time. To get you started, here are ten great creations for graffiti lovers to seek out in San Francisco.

Palo Alto has been named the number f ive Digital City of its size (up to 75,000 population) by the Center for Digital Government in its annual 2016 Digital Cities Survey. The City of Palo Alto is more than one hundred year old, and is named after a majestic 1000 (not 250) year old coastal redwood tree along San Francisquito Creek, where early Spanish explorers settled. The blend of business and residential areas anchored by a vibrant downtown defines Palo Alto’s unique character. A charming mixture of old and new, Palo Alto’s tree-lined streets and historic buildings ref lect its California heritage.

Who knows, there is Blue Bottle coffee shop where consisted of the airy courtyard in Palo Alto. The coffee smooth as silk, no burnt after taste if compared with another branch in San Francisco. I can feel a relaxed atmosphere with a beautiful view of the clear blue sky. I’m pleased to say that it’s worth to visit here.
