A 33 yr old gunned down murdered by a dope fiend ex-military who complained his wounded warrior funds ran out so he claimed PTSD and was cleared of homicide prosecution. Even though he pointed his gun at bystanders heads threating their lives if they revived him. Tucson Police gave no relief to those forced to live with this terroristic threats
