Education Terms & Conditions

We recommend you book Salon Success education courses as soon as possible as places maybe limited and early booking will reserve your place.

Prices and Payments: All prices quoted in this brochure are subject to VAT. If you have credit terms with us then you will receive an invoice within 5 working days of the time of booking. If you do not have any credit terms, we will require payment via credit or debit card over the phone.

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email, normally within 48hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of events by Salon Success and partner brands

May occur if the minimum number of bookings are not received. Whatever the reason, if Salon Success has cancelled a training event the fee(s) will be refunded in full. Salon Success is not liable for any subsequent costs that are incurred as a result of cancellation.

Cancellation of bookings by you

For those unable to attend an event, a substitute delegate may be sent at any time at no extra charge. The full fee will be payable where cancellation is made less than four weeks prior to the event. We must be notified of any cancellations by email, to bookings@salon-success. co.uk . In all cases, cancellations after the course has been invoiced will be charged at the full rate.

Charge for non-attendance at our events: Please note if you fail to turn up at the event for which you booked a place, the full cost of the course will be charged.

All course material and all intellectual property rights in such materials (including but not limited to copyright) are property of Salon Success a trading entity of Sally Salon Services You are not permitted to copy and/or distribute the whole or any part of those materials without our prior written consent. Breach by you of this clause shall allow us to immediately cancel any courses, education or training booked with Salon Success LTD and you will not be entitled to a refund. Additionally we may seek legal action or compensation for damages/loss of earnings for any such breaches.
