Every visitor to the Al Beateen Beach will immediately be overwhelmed by vibrant visual attractions. A spectacular location becomes even more spectacular, through a blend of our four focal themes. Physical activities take place along the beach, with static displays, exhibitions and installations happening in the East Plaza, which balances the liveliness of the beach with a contemplative look and feel. This also enables us to spread visitors efficiently across the site whilst controlling access. Our goal is simple: to ensure every visitor to the UAE 45rd National Day celebrations leaves having enjoyed or experienced something new or personally. The idea of different zones offering a range of themed things to do is tried and tested. The festival site is divided in three different zones, each with a different character and purpose.

Entrances
As we have two Parking structures, we will provide two Festival entrances one for each of the parking areas. As the visitors arrive, they will have to go through the security scanners and after that they head towards the gates. On each gate, there will be a ticketing system with 3 counters. Visitors will pay 20 AED and get given a wristband that they can use for certain activities. Ones they run out of credit, there will roaming staff who can recharge it for them and add more balance. Special needs and kids will enter for free.

Children in the past were very creative in inventing their own games and making their own toys from the materials they found. Link the younger generation with their rich history, especially focusing on the names and rules of traditional Emirati games and how they are played. In this enclosed area competitions will be held under the supervision of two experts.

TraditionalSouk
You plunge into the sights and sounds of a traditional souk. For you, it is like coming home. For the tourists, it is wonderful. Aromatic incense, potent spices and the aroma of coffee brewed in Dallahs. As the children choose henna tattoos, you sample dates. You browse through traditional garments and shoes, then pick out a stunning woodcarving, showing animals and dhows. Every sense is excited, as sights and sounds, smells, tastes and feelings combine.

Bungee trampolines provide moments of pure adrenaline for the bravest! Trampolines will attract visitors looking for physical exertion and excitement, such as teenagers.
The Bagjump is a high impact absorbing technology, allowing the adrenaline rush from jumping from heights safely. This is called a “free drop�. It can be used by anyone, from beginners to professionals, for Olympic level training to shows, team building or just for recreation and pure fun.

BMX & Skateboard Ramp Well actually the children got soaked! They loved the obstacle course, but neither got to the end. It didn’t stop them trying - jumping and diving, splashing and floating -- and getting full value from their life jackets, since they fell off everything!

Operations The operational management will be integral to this festival’s success and we would dedicated team to the preproduction and onsite operation. Arrival • There are two main arrival points into the festival site which we would brand and position as an entry point system. • Each visitor would be offered the activities and workshops schedule and encouraged to join. • All communication and collateral to be Arabic/English. Hosts • All hosts will be dual language, Arabic / English. They will be carefully selected from a database of individuals we have previously worked with.
