Top Tips for Healthy Skin and Wellbeing
1. It’s important to exfoliate as the skin is constantly generating new skin cells. When you exfoliate you remove build up of old skin revealing a brighter, smoother and more youthful complexion. Powder exfoliants are a gentle way of adding exfoliation into your daily skin regime without overstimulating or causing sensitivity. Dermalogica has 3 powder exfoliants that we highly recommend.
2. Supplements are a great way to help balance
and support your health and wellbeing. Anatome provide a range of supplements to boost your health and wellbeing on a daily basis.
3. Use products that match your skins needs.
Using products that are unsuitable could cause dryness, irritation, breakouts and more depending on your skin type. Your skin can change seasonally. To find out what is really going on with your skin book a skin analysis where we use our scanning machine.
4. Wear sunscreen 365 days a year! Although we may not see the sun every day, UVA and UVB rays are present all year round. Wearing SPF helps to protect your skin from premature ageing.

Important Spa information and Spa etiquette
We kindly ask you respect all spa guest’s rights to peace and quiet. Mobile phones must be switched off at all times and smoking and vaping is not permitted. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings during your visit to the spa.
Q. What happens if I am late for my appointment?
This may result in your treatment being cut short or altered as timings for subsequent guests have to be maintained.
Q. Do I have to pay a deposit for my appointment?
To secure your appointment, 50% or full amount of the service booked will be required to guarantee any bookings.
Q. What happens if I cancel my appointment?
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of any cancellations. Failure to do so will incur payment of your deposit or full amount.
Q. Can I bring my children into the spa?
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted within the spa. This is for health and safety and to respect our guests having treatments.
Q. Will I need to complete any forms?
If you are a new guest, a form will need to be completed before your visit to ensure we have your up-to-date information and are aware of any medical concerns. If these are not complete prior, please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time to complete at the spa. Some services will require additional forms to be completed.
Q. What happens if I lose my gift card, or it runs out?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards, it is like cash and cannot be refunded or replaced. Our gift cards are valid for 1 year from purchase date and if your gift card is out of date, it will become invalid and cannot be used.
Q. If I buy a course, how long are they valid for?
All our courses are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
Q. Do treatment timings include the consultation?
Yes, for example a 55-minute service will include the consultation.
Q. Will I need a patch/skin test?
Patch tests for any tinting and eyelash services are required a minimum of 48 hours prior to your service to ensure you don’t have any allergies or reaction to the service. Some additional services may also require a patch test.
Q. What does SP, M, S and T mean?
