A Chemical peel sounds scary however it is a fabulous way to remove the outer most layer of the skin using a variation of acids such as glycolic, lactic and salicylic.
Which peel is right for me?
There are different types and variations of peels, some are the equivalent of a deep exfoliation (not very intense) some are medical grade and can only be carried out by a medical professional, require a lot of down time and can be quite painful. At the Skin Clinic we only perform peels that are progressive rather than being aggressive. Our approach is to look after skin health, each peel is tailor made to suit your individual skin concern, giving you the best results with no down time.
