Before your first appointment a member of our front desk team will spend a few minutes ensuring that you're familiar with the way the salon works, and the available services; that way you'll feel truly at home. Your service provider will let you set the pace for discussions, listen to what you have to say, and ask questions to ensure they’re able to offer a service that meets and hopefully exceeds your expectations. First time visitors are required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the service fee at the time of booking to secure their first appointment.
