SALON VISIT COVID GUIDE


Arrive at your appointment as close to your allocated time as possible, we do not have a waiting area at the moment, so please do not bring friends or family with you. If you arrive early please wait outside or wait in your car, if your stylist running late we will let you know. we are working shift patterns to limit the amount of clients in the salon at one time.If you feel unwell or have symptoms of covid19 please call 01224 741313 to rearrange your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SALON TO ARRANGE. Upon your arrival, please use the automatic sanitation dispenser. Please adhere to social distancing. Please leave your jacket in your car or we can provide you with a carrier bag to store it in. We will have a freshly laundred (at 60' wash) or steamed gown and a disposable towel ready for you

All staff will be wearing PPE, our hands will be washed before and after every client and gloves will be worn where applicable. To cover some of these costs there will be a temporary surcharge of ÂŁ2.50. Please wear a face covering. If you have forgotten to bring, we can provide one for you.


we will ensure between each client that the station, tools and equipment are changed and disinfected, there will be a sanitizer spray at every station. we would prefer you not to use the lavetory facilities, however if you do please used the disinfectant provided after use.

We will try to limit the number of our team that will be looking after you in the Salon, we will be working shift patterns to limit the amount of clients and team in the building. You will still recieve an indepth consultation and the excellent service you are used to.

Refreshments- unfortunately we are unable to provide hot refreshments at this time, we can provide bottles of still and sparkling water, cans of diet coke and small cartons of orange juice. we would ask for you to dispose of these yourself.

We ask that you pay by card or Apple Pay. The card machine will be disinfected after every use. Cash payments will be accepted if no other alternative. Unfortunately at this current time we will be unable to accept loyalty cards expiry (will be extended by (3months) we will also not be able to offer discounts in our offers section. We may ask you for a 50% deposit on certain appointments at this time, this is to ensure valuable appointments are not wasted. Our cancelation policy is removed if you feel unwell before your appointment, please give as much notice as possibe for this reason by calling us on 01224 741313.
