The Styling Workshop

The workshop guest was Food stylist, Madhuri Aggarwal. She runs a blog with the name “Mad About Kitchen� where she posts her recipes and pictures regularly. The workshop was mainly focussed on prop usage. We practised styling for multiple food items using different utensils, backdrops and tried creating effective setups, using concepts of rule of thirds, rule of odds and flow of composition. We were also told about the techniques and cheats to achieve a specific element requirement in a composition.





The True Tea

Tea is an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves of the Camellia sinensis, an evergreen shrub native to Asia. — the taste, the flavor, and the color is just mesmerizing. In tea making, there are two things whose quality is as much more important than other entourage as the presence of fish is more important than the quality of fishing-tackle. At present time — when tea is in fashion — we are surrounded with large amounts of tea accessories. There are a number of accessories which can be used to syle tea but the most important point is to enhance it's color so you can get a feel of true tea.

Wine has been produced for thousands of years. Most wines are sold in glass bottles and sealed with corks. Wine is a popular and important beverage that accompanies and enhances a wide range of cuisines, from the simple and traditional stews to the most sophisticated and complex haute cuisines. Wine is often served with dinner. Sweet dessert wines may be served with the dessert course. They usually pair well with desserts made with fruits such as nectarines, peaches or apples.
