The client’s vision for a contemporary retail centre is smoothly executed through the incorporation of cove lighting within the black brick façade, seamlessly tying together the overall aesthetic.
Parsons Park represents a transformative redevelopment of the former RONA store located in the Southside of Edmonton. The primary goal of this project was to preserve the integrity of the exterior building structure while demolishing all existing interior walls, paving the way for a new and dynamic space.
This design encompasses a total of 25 commercial retail units, offering a diverse range of services to the community. From a daycare facility and bakery to enticing restaurants, versatile offices, and modern medical clinics. Parsons Park presents a vibrant and bustling hub of commercial activity.
The Pentecostal Missionary Church project embodies the harmonious co-existence of spirituality & comfortable living. This unique development not only provides a spiritual haven for congregants but it also offers a meticulously designed attached residential townhouse for the pastor of the church.
The architecture of this church showcases a captivating fusion of wood, brick and steel, representing the marriage of tradition and modernity. The interplay between these materials creates a visually striking structure that harmonizes with its surroundings.
The Willow is a brand-new luxury rental apartments in the heart of Edmonton’s Queen Mary Park. Situated in the bustling downtown district, this vibrant urban living consists of 111 dwellings of 17 unique unit layouts. With careful attention to detail, the layout maximizes natural light and offers breaktaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Nestled within the prestigious Jagare Ridge neighbourhood, this development offers a collection of 165 beautifully designed townhouses. Residents can take advantage of the nearby golf course, walking trails and parks while still benefiting from easy access to major transportation routes, schools and shopping centres.
SITE PLAN
The Black Lava Fields Visitor Centre competition organized by the BeeBreeders presented our team with an exciting opportunity to collaborate intensively over a span of six months.
Our primary objective was to create a remarkable visitor centre that not only harmonizes with the surrounding environment but also offers breathtaking panoramic views. Through our innovative design, each wing of the building was strategically positioned to overlook key elements of the project site, enhancing the visitor experience.
To further enhance the connection to the unique lava field landscape, we opted for dark, earthy tones of wood claddings, instilling a sense of warmth and grounding. Additionally, a green roof was thoughtfully incorporated into the overall design, serving as a natural complement to the environment and seamlessly blending the structure with its surroundings.
