Awards given by the Hispanic Committee "Latinos en Accion" and Broward County Health Department.
The Hispanic HIV Leadership Awards is an initiative born from the need of recognizing the efforts of community members that have supported HIV prevention, care and awareness in our Latino communities of Broward County. The Leadership Awards celebration is also a forum to engage the community to join and support HIV prevention, advocacy and care efforts in Broward. The awards are presented every year by the Hispanic Committee during National Latino AIDS Awareness Day.
