menu boasts 20 new dishes, including ex clusive ‘Biga’ dough pizzas, made inhouse by master baker Davide Argentino. This super-light dough will be sliced, Italian style, at the table with scissors. Sal setta a limone and salsetta n’duja dips will complement the lightness of the dough, which is so tasty, you won’t want to leave even the crusts!
Capturing a true taste of Italy, other menu items include staples like linguine vongole, tuna tartare and Gamberi Rossi. There will also be dishes that capture the vibrance of Naples’ street food, such as mozzarella, ham and pea frittatina, arancini and pop lette di melanzane.

June will also see the art of aperitivo arriv ing in Manchester. Served until 7:30pm, light nibbles will be offered with all aperitivo drinks, including a selection of Italian wines, Campari cocktails and beer. What better way to enjoy the sun than by kicking back on Riva Blu’s summer terrace, surrounded by lemon trees, with a cold drink and an authentic Italian nibble?
