Congress News 1 Hello! Welcome to the first edition of 2013 Congress News! We hope you are looking forward to the weekend which is to be held at The Spires, Belfast on Sat 22 & Sun 23 June. There is also a unique youth event on Fri 21 June (see below). The special guest at Congress is General Linda Bond, world leader of The Salvation Army. In line with the Divisional Strategy, the theme for the Congress is ‘Reaching Higher’. There will also be a number of exhibition stands...more on this to follow.
