Any prospective hirer will be required to sign a Licence agreement. They will be required to pay a one-off administration fee and provide copies of their 3rd party insurance. Thereafter any bookings will be subject to the agreed hire charges, which can be increased at any time. Each time you wish to hire a room, a booking form must be completed and sent to us. The booking is only confirmed when you have received written confirmation from us. Lettings Policy The day is divided into 2 sessions: 9.00am to 12.30pm and 1.00pm to 4.30pm Charge for Sessions The charges are for normal wear and tear, setting up and setting back of furniture, heating and lighting. Rooms must be left in the condition in which they were found. Additional costs will be incurred for any damage caused by the hirer. Cancellation Charges If you have to cancel your booking, you will be charged 100% if you cancel within 5 working days or 50% if you cancel within 10 working days.
Catering Refreshments (this includes English tea, coffee and biscuits) are available at the following charges: £1.00 per person per session £1.50 per person all day The above costs are inclusive of VAT. Please note we only serve refreshments between 9.30am and 3.30pm and the times of refreshments need to be pre-booked on the booking form. Refreshments are served by Church volunteers and therefore the booked times cannot be altered on the day. There are no vending machines in the Church and no facilities to make your own drinks. Groups requiring lunch must arrange for this to be brought in themselves or arrange caterers to deliver. All food must be pre-prepared and caterers must provide all crockery including plates and cutlery. Please note groups and caterers do not have access to our kitchen. Car Parking Adequate parking is available, together with designated disabled bays. Please note that all vehicles are parked at owner’s risk. Inspection Visit You are welcome to come and visit the Church to discuss the facilities we offer. Please arrange with the office so that we can ensure the rooms are available to view.
Reporting of Accidents It is obligatory that an accident report is completed whenever there is an accident on our premises. This report book is kept in the General Office and must be completed as soon as possible by a member of Church staff. Charges per room* Please note we do not hire Wednesdays.

If you arrive early or depart late and this is outside the agreed letting periods, both periods will be charged for. Rooms 1 and 5 are equipped with integral projector and screen which is included in the cost of room hire however, these need to be pre-booked on the booking form. Flipcharts and pens can also be made available. Photocopies Photocopies are available at 6p per copy.
Conditions of Room Hire 1
No smoking, alcohol or gambling allowed in the building or on our property.

You must respect the booked times of your room hire and arrive and vacate by these agreed times.

Please leave the rooms as you find them.

Close windows and switch off all lights after use.

No blutac, sellotape or pins etc to be used on any painted wall surface.

Children to be supervised at all times.

Any electrical appliance brought in the premises must carry a current PAT certificate.

Activities should not cause a nuisance to adjacent rooms, if these are in use.

Please ensure any litter is placed in the bins provided and any foodstuff placed in black sacks.
10 Hirers are responsible for taking a register of attendees and in the event of a fire, ensuring all delegates are accounted for.
