Mega Messy

These photos are from Darlington Salvation Army. They launched Messy Church last September. Since then, they’ve held one once a month and around 70 people come each time. In May the theme was Jesus calms the storm. Those who attended discovered the story through crafts, a large boat-building project, a game, retelling of the story and singing. There was also a hot meal and ice cream to enjoy. Everyone had great fun learning about how Jesus is always with us, whether we’re going through stormy times or good times.

Quinn, age 4, has done a great job with this colourful Fairy Colouring. We think it looks like a perfect world for a fairy to live in.
