How to make veg Momos 1. Mix all the ingredients to make a stiff dough. 2.Heat oil in another pan and add chopped onions and garlics to it. 3.Saute them in high heat. Then, add the chopped veggies. 4.Turn around till the veggies become golden brown. 5.Take them off the flame and then mix with salt, black pepper and soya sauce. 6.Roll a thin dough (translucent) and cut in 4″-5″ of rounds (circles). 7.Take one of the round, wet the edges and then stuff some fillings in the middle of the round. 8.Take the edges of the round together to completely cover the stuffing. Twist in a circular motion to seal it. 9.Repeat it until all the momos are made. 10.Steam the momos for 10 mins and serve them piping hot with soya sauce or spicy chili sauce.
