Work Experience: JustFab (October 2011 – December 2013) Charlotte, NC Positions Held: - Fashion Consultant (Customer Service Rep) - Retention Specialist - e-Support - Team Lead - Training Assistant/Supervisor/Office Assistant • While working with JustFab, I developed skill sets in many areas of the company. I became the go-to girl for assisting whenever they needed. I was hand selected to work in creating materials for the company to use in the training of the Philippines and other company endeavors. I also assisted with the Compliance Department in handling QA Alerts and other various tasks, as well as helping to train the supervisors in the Philippines. I was last filling the role of trainer and Academy supervisor, monitoring calls and creating coaching opportunity forms. I ensured that the agents were adhering to company policy and procedure, as well as treating the members with world-class customer service.
