Statement Our notice boards are neat and attractive. All the notices are up to date, clear and easy to read. Our equal opportunities policy is clearly displayed in our building and on our website and is easy to read. If we do not have contact details, complaints are discussed with the trustees and a note of the discussion and decision is recorded in the minutes We always inform local people if we are having an event so they are aware of any noise, parking difficulties, and so they are invited
