A SHORT HISTORY OF GEOFF Geoff was born on the 1st September 1939, he was orphaned as a child because he had a very ugly face, he lived in many different homes growing up.
At the age of 7 Geoff was throwing a rock at a tree when an disgruntled sparrow appeared from the tree above and began to peck at Geoff’s right eye. He has worn an eye patch everyday of his life, apart from two weeks in 1968 when glass eyes where in fashion and Geoff was experimenting with a variety of drugs.
In 1952 Geoff got his first job working on a fishing boat, he worked for 17 years and traveled all over the world meeting hundreds of people and becoming a father in 38 different countries, a world record to this day.
Geoff’s fishing career ended when a shark challenged him to a bear knuckle fight, the rules where no biting, flipper slapping or kicking. Geoff accepted the challenge, unfortunately the shark was a bit shifty and bit off Geoffs right arm and leg. He then stole all his fish and swam off never to be seen again, until 1989 when Geoff found the shark and shot him between the eyes with a BB gun.
It turns out that day changed Geoffs life for the better, he swore to help people who had been in unfortunate situations like he had and became an insurance salesman. In 1993 he was voted top insurance sales man in the south west and shortly after opened his own firm: Geoff. Ogle. Insurance.
He is also a keen dancer and carries a baseball bat at all times, no one really knows why, some say it’s to warn off other insurance salesman, other say he just really loves baseball and likes to be prepared incase anyone asks him for a game.
