Town of Fairfax 2018 Lawn Maintenance The Town of Fairfax is requesting bids for the 2018 season. Both mowing and trimming/weed whacking is required normally on a weekly basis around two buildings, signs and parking lots. Weed whacking the ditch (lawn to road side) is required bi-weekly. The summer season for which service is required will run from May 7th thru October 31, 2018. A certificate of Liability Insurance, Certificate of Workers Compensation and a General Service agreement are all required. Payments are issued on a monthly basis over the length of the service agreement in equal installments. Please submit pricing for the entire six month period.
