ANNUAL LAWN MAINTENANCE WESTROCK FACILITY SHELDON SPRINGS, VT At this time the WESTROCK Company is accepting bids for the 2018 summer grounds maintenance at our Missisquoi Mill facility in Sheldon Springs, Vermont. Both mowing and trimming or weed whacking is required normally on a weekly basis around a number of buildings, parking areas, and roads on the property, which includes many slopes and some hilly terrain. Application of some chemicals / pesticides will require the successful bidder to have a Vermont applicators license. The summer season for which service is required will run May 1, 2018 thru October 31, 2018. Grounds cleanup will require some time in April and will be paid on a time & material basis and should be billed separately on a fixed price basis. This work will be reviewed when the snow has departed, and the grounds can be inspected. A Certificate of Liability Insurance, an Indemnity and Insurance Agreement, and a General Services Agreement are all required, and a Contractors Safety Program will be presented by the plant’s Safety Manager.
