Candidates must be able to work a variety of jobs and rotating shifts. Entry level starting pay $16.83/hour. New hires will begin training for the Fifth Hand/Broke Hustler position. This is the entry level position on the papermaking machines. Training will be for a wide variety of tasks. Upon satisfactory completion of training, the rate of pay for this position is $18.69/hour.
