Creativity: • Developing ideas from an ideation stage to a final concept and understanding what is and what is possible, gained from experience in both NPD teams and the workshop • Eye for detail, looking closely into products and understanding functionality and specific details, as well as taking small details from other areas, such as architecture • Applying the ethos of a company or task into the ideation and development process to ensure link between my idea and the companies other projects Technical Aptitude/Commercial Awareness: • Developed skills in Adobe Software (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign specfically) and Solidworks 3D CAD • Identifying trends and design styles in different products or companies and applying these to my idea/brief Organisation/Teamwork: •

Helping organise exhibition products, as well as working in a team for Glee Exhibition show at the NEC. Furthermore organisation during brief work with deliveries • Organising time for academic work, splitting it between multiple projects all at once and social events at University • Working in teams in multiple different areas of work, workshop, cafe team, kitchen work, all requiring slightly different communication Additional Information: •

An active social life, attending gym reguarly and a very keen cricketer and key club member at Cumnor Cricket Club (having won Clubman of the Year 2017). Furthermore travelling Australia and New Zealand during my gap year, this has greatly inspired my design work and given me a deeper understanding of design culture around the world.
