Task - To draw a 1:10 detailed drawing for our site at 1:1 with respect to how it would be built.

Scaling up does not work 100% of the time as detailed drawing were not acurate in terms of sizes of materials and construction methods

An example is that timber decking would not come in these sizes

Detail shows concrete flush to the pvc pipe and aluminium drain however concrete would not be poured this way on site

Using materials like concrete aluminium and wood is relatively sustainable

Using these materials is also very economical as they would mostly be cut, fabricated or cast of site meaning lesss work has to be done one site.

As the details are not that exact (metal pieces drawn too thick, timber can be replicated) there could be a chance of miscalculation on site.

This may result in gaps being larges than expected and resulting in leanks or cracks in the work
