This project is a career milestone in the sense that it is a large scale complex urban sculptural art piece of folding forms and rustic colors, which shall transform San Diego's East Village yet build on its past. I have been involved in every single aspect of it from design to management. As from a technical standpoint, it involves a comprehensive team of expert consultants and is being designed to highest efficiency. It shall meet the business feasibility goals and the artistic vision of the Owner and Architect, hence achieving a highly synchronized solution.

Guided 3D geometric detailing, layout and fabrication of the stainless steel iconic CNC perforated fin wall. Innovated solution for hiding required fire sprinklers at outdoor spaces at exposed cast in-place concrete. Monitored scope closely during Construction Administration and created additional services with contract addendum adding to 9% of original design services contract value.
