AP P R OACH The Far Side of the Moon is based on what we don’t know about our most familiar satellite—the Moon. Even though people can see the moon every day, but there are so many things that people might not know about it. By reading this book, readers will know more truth about moon which was blind to before. The moon is our only satellite, and it’s the closest celestial body to us in the Solar System. In addition, there are many facts about the Moon worth studying. This book will bring reader to the Moon to see the details, and then back to Earth to learn how the Moon affects Earth.

O BJE C TI V E The goal for this project was redesign the blackbird illustration. To create a new brand identity and make the brand has a strong personality. Also slightly change the logo mark of the brand and make the brand more unique.

AP P R OACH The Blackbirds images in my design are anthropomorphic. They wear suits, bowties, and homburgs; they have graceful movements; and they dress elegantly, just like human. This kind of personification makes my design more specific and different than other brands at the same price point. Different characters were created for each variety, but they are telling audiences the same story. In general, blackbirds images can catch audiences’ eyes and give the brand a strong very personality.

AP P R OACH Wedderspoon exclusively sources some of the world’s finest raw and organic honey from the most pristine areas. After researching, I think high-quality packaging is the most important and necessary thing that needs to be improved for Wedderspoon; because only high-quality packaging can match the best honey itself. I have learned that a lot of customers are having trouble when choosing honey because there are so many types of them in the market. Good packaging will provide visual enjoment to customers when they are choosing a honey, and it will catch customers’ eyes easier compared to basic packaging. D U RATI O N

AP P R OACH The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition has been transforming San Francisco’s streets and neighborhoods into more livable and safer places by promoting the bicycle for everyday transportation. Since this is a well-known organization in San Francisco area, I keep the same color but make it a little bit brighter. The visuals are inspired by bike gears and the original logo.

It occurs when a person gets caught in a cycle of obsessions and compulsions. The obsessions are unwanted and the subsequent intrusive thoughts, images or urges trigger intensely distressing feelings. The idea of this brochure is inspired by behaviors of people who live with OCD; and by showing those behaviors, readers can acquire a more profound understanding of OCD.

AP P R OACH People love to share sweet things to like-minded friends – those things can be a book, a song, a photo, or even a sound recording. However, it is hard to share all those kinds of things in one social platform. My app is created for people to show their interests by growing a “plant (a book, a song, a photo, etc.)” in any place. When other users walk by your plant, they will receive a notification. If they like your plant, they can water it or collect it into their “gardens”.
