Section

The G+3 office building design embraces a systematic approach, embodying a repetitive yet efficient layout that maximizes functionality and aesthetic coherence across the entire site. Each typical block of the structure is carefully composed to ensure a harmonious integration with the surrounding environment while addressing the specific needs of office functionality. The ground floor serves as a prominent entry point, featuring a welcoming and transparent facade that establishes a visual connection with the surroundings.

Conceptual developement for redevelopment of an exisitng building and site by completely redeveloping it and opening towards more architecture features.

The mixed-use building in Irqah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, stands as a testament to the transformative power of urban redevelopment. Once an existing structure, it has undergone a remarkable metamorphosis to embrace a more inclusive and interactive design, tailored to cater to a diverse range of public needs. We successfully reimagined the building, seamlessly blending commercial, residential, and communal spaces to create a dynamic environment. With its modern aesthetics and thoughtful integration of open areas, the structure beckons the wider public, fostering community engagement and connectivity. This mixed-use marvel not only revitalizes the urban landscape of Irqah but also serves as a vibrant hub where people from various walks of life converge, making it a symbol of innovation and progress in the heart of Saudi Arabia.

Planning concept

The connectivity between the buildings is ingeniously facilitated by the mesh, forming a network of walkways and bridges that seamlessly link various sections of the complex. This intricate system not only enhances accessibility but also fosters a sense of unity among the different functions housed within the mixeduse development. The mesh creates a dynamic visual interplay between the interior and exterior spaces, blurring the boundaries between the built environment and the surrounding landscape.

Stacking

The development of a 101-level mixed-use skyscraper in the heart of Dubai underwent a meticulous and multifaceted design process. The initial conceptualization involved an in-depth analysis of the urban context, site constraints, and the vision for the building’s role in the cityscape. Collaborated to formulate a design that seamlessly integrated residential, commercial, and recreational functions within the towering structure. The schematic design phase focused on defining the skyscraper’s form, considering factors such as environmental sustainability, structural integrity, and aesthetic coherence

Project : Ayushmantra- An Integrated Healing Center.

An Wellness Centre for the people who seek to heal the body mind and soul with the real presence of architecture.

Sections

The planning of the whole campus was done on a true basis of seperation between the public private spaces. The healing architecture meaning in a way both the interior spaces and the form along with the nature serving the tru purpose of it in a symbolical way. Thus imitatiing or dervign the form and functions of trees and mushrooms to the structure and core spaces of the building.

Academic project done on the sixth semester of B.Arch Degree. A complete hypothetical project which done only for my academic purpose.
