All classes are held in the San Anselmo Gymnastics Center at the Isabel Cook Community Center,1000 Sir Francis Drake Blvd. San Anselmo, CA. TUMBLING TODDLER TUMBLING Instructor: Juan Olsen Sanchez Our toddler tumbling classes combine instructor–initiated activities with children’s freedom of exploration. There is circle time with songs and rhymes and plenty of time for free play, which helps the young child to develop large motor skills through age–appropriate activities. Parent participation is required for all Toddler Tumbling classes.

YOUTH TUMBLING & GYMNASTICS

Instructor: Juan Olsen Sanchez Juan, a former nationally ranked gymnast, brings a great deal of expertise to his classes, and his gentle teaching style is wonderful for children. Skills will be taught on the trampoline, balance beam and bars as well as floor workouts on the mats.

GYMNASTIC BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Looking for a great idea for your child’s birthday party? How about a gymnastic birthday party? We are offering gymnastic parties on Sundays. The party package includes two hours to break up as you desire. You bring the party and we provide the space and supervision! Location: Isabel Cook Community Center, Gymnastics Center

HOW TO RESERVE A PARTY DATE…

Call us at 415-258-4640 to check on your available date. If your selected date and time is available, you may either request rental forms via email or come into the Recreation office to complete them. Once we have received the rental form and payment your date will be confirmed. All guests must complete waivers.

Tumbling, a movie and snacks will be provided. How to Drop-In for

Tumbling: We invite you to visit our tumbling program for a one-day drop-in! Prior to the class you must come to the Recreation Office and complete the registration waiver and pay the drop-in fee. You may drop-into any class that is not full or cancelled.

YOGA FOR TOTS

YOUNG ONES YOGA

Through gentle movements, deep breathing exercises, and fun poses, young children learn self-regulation, focus, and balance, and gain confidence and social awareness. With song and stories encouraging mindfulness and the importance of being present, 4 and 5 year olds develop a greater sense of calm while having fun! $12 equipment fee payable to instructor on 1st day of class
