Hey Key Clubbers ! It's your bulletin editor Nathan Rodriguez, once again here to give you some words before sending you off to read the newsletter ! October was SOOO eventful for key club , there's so much to recap on, which is what the newsletter is here for ! With all this being said, I hope you enjoy this month's newsletter!!
Trick Or Treat Street
“It was fun interacting and giving out goodie bags to all the children and seeing all their fun costumes. We got to see the childrens faces light up when they got their goodie bag. It was wonderful seeing how a community could come together and put on such an amazing event for the children of Hollister. Seeing all the children going from store to store trick or treating was such a wonderful experience and it was reassuring of how such a simple task as volunteering can brighten up someone else’s day.” - Valeria Juarez

Fall Rally North was such a fun event and we got to meet so many different key clubbers from different places ! I highly recommend you all go to DCON in May to meet other key clubbers ! - MJ Bagaoisan
Mayor's Proclamation
“ The Mayor Proclamation event was an event where us San Benito Key Clubbers went to the City Hall Council meeting to receive a proclamation from the mayor recognizing key club, and thanking us for all the hard work we do. It was such a cool thing to see key club’s hard work paid off and how big a part we are for the community. And shout out to our best Kiwani’s Advisor Mr. Hart for helping San Benito Key Club be what it is today !! “ - Nathan Rodriguez ( the editor hehe)
DCON DCON (district convention) is the next Key Club Event where we get to meet up with other key clubbers ! It is a three day overnight event that takes place in Reno ! During DCON, we elect new members of District Board , and go to workshops relating to Key Club
DCON is April 1st-3rd, hope to see you there !
Tree Decorating When: Saturday, November 27th @ Vets Park Estimated Time: 9am - 11am Our decorated tree for the decorate a tree project will remain on display in downtown Hollister and will be donated to a deserving family or organization in our community in December !
