Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ Protection Program PLEASE READ YOUR ENVIROLETCARE™ ENVIROLET® AND SANTERRA GREEN™ PROTECTION PROGRAM CAREFULLY. READ IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION ON NEXT PAGE.

FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON ALL INTERNAL COMPONENTS:

All Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ component parts are warranted to be either replaced or repaired for a period of 5 (five) years from date of purchase (proof of purchase or original sales receipt is required), unless due to owner’s negligence.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY ON PLASTIC BODY:

In addition to the above five-year limited warranty, the Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ outer Plastic Body, (herein “Plastic Body”) is warranted to be replaced and/or repaired as long as owned and operated by the original Purchaser (proof of purchase, original sales receipt required), unless due to owner’s negligence. The Purchaser is responsible for any delivery (S&H) charges and if applicable any service or labor cost(s) required for replacement of a defective Plastic Body part. Proof of damage to Plastic Body is required.

CONDITIONS OF LIMITED WARRANTIES:

The limited warranties, described above, apply to the replacement or repair of component parts and/or the Plastic Body only and are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. The Purchaser is responsible for all “to and from” shipping and handling charges and/or labor, repair or servicing charges, if applicable, related to these limited warranties.

2. Sancor™ is not responsible for any discoloration, if any, of the Plastic Body under this limited warranty.

3. Under any disputed Warranty Claim, then Sancor, if liable, shall be responsible for any Warranty Claim(s) to a maximum of the Sancor™ replacement component and/or material cost only.

4.This Warranty shall become null and void upon any of the following: a. Upon expiration of any of the limited warranty(s) described herein. b. Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ is damaged or not properly maintained. c. Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ is modified, altered or improperly installed or operated. d. Use of other than Sancor™ and/or non-certified component parts. e. Use in a manner or purpose for which the Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ was not intended. f. If any flammable materials (cigarettes, ashes, gasoline etc.) are deposited in Envirolet®/Santerra Green™. g. Envirolet®/Santerra Green™is attached to an improper, non-certified electrical plug or fuse connection and/or the power plug is cut or damaged. A non-authorized electrical technician replaces, alters and/or repairs the electric power plug. h. User negligence (installation, operation and/or repair) of Envirolet®/Santerra Green™. i. Improper installation of any Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ vent or drain system. j. Use of any harsh or hazardous chemicals on or in Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ system. k. Improper repairs to Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ by someone other than a Sancor™ authorized representative for defects or malfunctions covered by these limited warranties.

EXCLUSIONS ON LIMITED WARRANTIES:

Any shipping and handling and/or labor, repair or service charges are not included. The following items are not covered under these limited warranties: toilet seat(s), vent and drain kits, wind turbines, ventilators, pre-sediment filters, gaskets, handles, toilet bowls and service port entry panels (remote systems).

The following are covered under the specified warranty period(s) only: Any fiberglass, plastic or ceramic bathroom toilets for remote systems (1 year), Any Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ toilet, system and/or component(s) used or operated for commercial use (1 year).

PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCT:

The Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ toilet system is a “personal hygiene product” and therefore can not be returned for credit or refund after 30 days and/or if installed and/or used (see Sancor™ return policy). Sancor™ will repair any defective Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ toilet system. Part(s) to be returned must be packed securely to avoid damage in shipping. Part(s) to be returned must be “clean and sanitized” for shipping and handling purposes and the return or servicing of part(s) will be refused if part(s) are not “clean and sanitized.” (Warranty or Non-warranty conditions apply.)

RETURN OF WARRANTY OR NON-WARRANTY PART(S)

All return warranty or non-warranty part(s) must be sent Delivery Prepaid by Purchaser to Sancor™ (return “insured at replacement cost” by mail, courier or freight) for inspection, replacement and/or servicing to a designated service center. Purchaser shall be responsible for any part(s) lost in delivery to Sancor™. Therefore it is important that the Purchaser insure any part(s) being returned to Sancor™ at an insured value equal to the part(s) replacement value from Sancor™. Sancor™ reserves the right to have defective warranty part(s) returned for inspection.

Call Sancor™ prior to returning any part(s) to receive a return authorization number and to determine the service center to ship your part(s) to. Ensure your name, address, and telephone number, Product Serial Number are enclosed with your part(s) along with an explanation of the problem. Part(s) returned without an authorization number will be refused. Customers returning Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ part(s) must send proof of purchase.

Sancor™ or a designated service center will return all warranted or non-warranted part(s) Delivery Collect to Purchaser. The Purchaser shall be responsible to prepay Sancor™ charges for postage, shipping and handling and insurance; and only if applicable, labor charges and any other cost(s) not covered under this warranty(s).

SELF REPLACEMENT OF PART(S):

To order replacement part(s), send proof of purchase if covered by warranty. All warranty part(s) must be returned to a Sancor™ designated service center for inspection and warranty replacement. Your part(s) will be sent to you immediately Delivery Collect. Send your name, address and telephone number and Product Serial Number.

IMPORTANT:

Keep your original Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ sales or purchase receipt. Record the Product Serial Number affixed to your Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ system. Use this Product Serial Number when ordering warranty or non-warranty part(s) or when requiring any service or technical assistance from Sancor™.

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE AND PRODUCT LIABILITY

Sancor™ is not responsible for any other warranty(s), consequential damage(s) or product liability(s) whatsoever, save and except for the limited warranty(s) terms and conditions described herein. In no event shall Sancor™ be liable for any consequential damage or product liability after the initial five (5) year limited warranty period described herein and/or for any amount(s) in excess of the Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ purchase price and/or any part(s) or system(s) replacement cost. Any such liability amount, if any, shall be less depreciation calculated from the date of purchase (purchase price divided by 60 months times the number of months purchased). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

FOR PROPER AND SAFE OPERATION AND ELECTRICAL SAFETY

If applicable, Sancor™ recommends that the Purchaser have all Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ electrical component parts inspected periodically (at least once every five years) for reasonable wear and tear, proper operation and electrical safety (and cleaned and/or replaced if necessary) by either Sancor™ or a certified electrical service technician.

Sancor™ is not responsible for improper maintenance of the Envirolet®/Santerra Green™ toilet system.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION Vent must always be attached to Vent Connection before operating your Envirolet® system. Do Not place hand(s) and/or any tool(s) inside Vent Connection opening as this could result in electrical shock hazard.

Do Not place any flammable materials (cigarettes, hot ashes, gasoline etc.) on or in the Envirolet® toilet system as this can cause fire. Do not hardwire, modify or improperly connect Envirolet® electrical system as this can cause fire. Do not use harsh chemicals to clean and/or to operate the Envirolet® system.

Connect electrical power plug to a certified wall outlet only (certified wall outlet must connect only to a 15AMP fuse service (110V/120V models) or 10AMP fuse service (220V/240V models). Do Not service or repair electrical system (unless the power plug is disconnected) as this may result in an electrical shock hazard.
