SANDRO MOSCO PHOTOGRAPHER
Born in 1982 in Rome, I’m a photographer, animator, and painter. After completing the “Maestro d’arte” in Design and Photography in Italy, I studied the traditional techniques of film photography. In 2006 I was awarded a scholarship to attend the workshop, held by Japanese photographer Eikoh Hosoe.
From 2010 I start work for Shuttestock Custom™ producing advertising and as a freelance photographer for indipendet fashion labels, fashion shows and events company.
Since 2015 I’m part of StattLAB where I work and teach film photography.
In 2009, I received a Bachelor’s degree in painting with honors at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome. I’m currently residing in Berlin and continuing my research on creative photography. My major influences include the renowned Japanese photographer Eikoh Hosoe and American animator Robert Breer.

THE VIEW I think that to bring the exact atmosphere back just one point of view is not enough. Be able to move into space is fundamental, without spoiling the overall mood. I always act discreetly in the background, use fine device (usually without flash and almost silent) and also know details of the protocol
