THE REDEVELOPMENT AND EXPANSION OF QUEZON MEDICAL CENTER (FORMERLY TAYABAS PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL) WHICH I PROPOSED IS LOCATED IN LUCENA CITY, PROVINCE OF QUEZON THAT WILL SERVE THE GROWING POPULATION THAT NEEDS A MEDICAL CARE SERVICE IN THE SAID PROVINCE. THIS REDEVELOPMENT AND EXPANSION IS TO CATER ALL THE ADMITTING PATIENT IN THE PROPER FACILITIES THEY NEED, AND TO REBUILD THE EXISTvING HEALTH CARE FACILITY BY SERVING THEM A GOOD AND EXCELLENT MEDICAL CARE TREATMENT IN CONTINUING THE COMMITMENT OF THE HOSPITAL TO THE GROWING POPULATION OF THE PROVINCE THAT NEEDS A

THE PRESENT CONDITION OF OVERCROWDING AND

WORKING SPACES.

WEAKNESS: • HAVING TRAFFIC CONDITION IN ROAD ENTERING THE HOSPITAL.

OPPORTUNITIES: • JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE LOCALITIES ADEQUATE HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR THE LOCALITIES.

INSIDE THE HOSPITAL: •TREATS TO DISEASES BECAUSE OF UNMAINTAINED FACILITIES

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM THE STUDY WAS CONDUCTED IN ORDERTO ANSWER THE MAIN PROBLEM: • LACK OF MEDICAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES TO ACCOMMODATE THE PEOPLE OF QUEZON PROVINCE DUE TO THE PRESENT POPULATION AND THE STILL GROW ING POPULATION. • THE GOVERNMENT COMMITMENT TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO ITS CONSTITUTION SPECIALLY THE LOW INCOME/POOR FAMILIES THE PRESENT CONDITION NEEDS. • TO UPGRADE TO ACCOMMODATE THE PROPER HEALTH CARE OF PATIENTS.
