Hello, My thesis topic is the Centre for vocational training and skills development at Sanganer. I would like to brief the background about choosing this topic. Campus planning was always my area of interest. A campus that can create an environment through the built and unbuilt spaces to make learning an enjoyable and interactive experience. I identified the need for such a campus in Rural areas where there is a lack of adequate quality education. Rather than focusing on only formal education, practical short-term courses may help young people to learn faster and that they can implement them in their life. Craft-centered education creates a balance between theory and monotonous learning through creative stimulation and self-expression. Handicraft trade is the unique expression of art that represents the culture, tradition, and heritage of a particular country or city. Sanganer in Jaipur the home of handicrafts serves as the perfect location for a project of this ability.
